Refund & Return Policy – Skar Traders

At Skar Traders, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund under the conditions stated below.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility (within 7 days)
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product, provided that:
✔ The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
✔ The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories/manuals.
✔ A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
Returns will not be accepted if:
✗ The product shows signs of use or physical damage by the customer.
✗ The return request is submitted after 7 days.
✗ The item was on sale/clearance (unless defective).
2. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
✔ If approved, a refund will be issued through the original payment method (or bank transfer in case of COD orders).
✔ Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process after approval.
✔ If the product was part of a bundle or promotional offer, refund eligibility will be evaluated accordingly.
3. Exchange Option
You may choose an exchange instead of a refund if the item is available in stock.
If the exchange product has a higher price, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference.
4. Return Shipping Costs
✔ If the product is defective or incorrect due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping charges.
✔ If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
5. Warranty Coverage (2 Months)
Eligible products come with a 2-month warranty against manufacturing defects only. Warranty claims are processed according to our separate Return & Warranty Policy.
6. How to Request a Refund or Return
To initiate a return, refund, or exchange, please contact us with the following details:

Important Note
Skar Traders reserves the right to approve or reject refund/return claims if the product does not meet the above conditions.
