✔ Payments must be completed using approved methods (e.g., COD, bank transfer, or payment gateways).
✔ For COD orders, customers must accept and receive their delivery responsibly.
3. Pricing & Product Information
✔ All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
✔ Prices may change without prior notice.
✔ We aim to provide accurate product images and descriptions, but minor variations may occur due to lighting or different screens.
4. Shipping & Delivery
✔ Delivery timelines are mentioned in our Shipping Policy.
✔ Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or public holidays.
✔ Customers must provide complete and correct shipping details; incorrect info may lead to delays or non-delivery.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
✔ Returns must comply with our 7-Day Return Policy.
✔ Warranty claims are governed by our 2-Month Warranty Policy, covering manufacturing defects only.
✔ Damaged or used items may not be eligible for return.
6. Order Cancellation
✔ Customers may request order cancellation before dispatch.
✔ Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
✔ Skar Traders reserves the right to cancel any fraudulent or suspicious orders without prior notice.

By placing an order, you agree to receive communication regarding your order via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or phone calls.
You may also receive promotional messages (opt-out available).
8. Confidentiality & Data Protection
✔ Skar Traders strictly follows its Privacy Policy to protect user data.
✔ We do not share your information with third parties except for delivery, payment, or legal requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
✔ Skar Traders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product misuse or courier delays.
✔ Our responsibility is strictly limited to the original product price paid by the customer.

✔ All content, images, logos, and product descriptions on Skar Traders are the intellectual property of the company.
✔ Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
